Yes they are! The letters are not fully waterproof, but can be placed outside, as long as it's not raining, and that the plug sockets themselves are placed in a watertight box.
In the best interests of your party goes, we ask that the light are positioned against or close to a wall or backdrop to ensure they do not get knocked over and accidentally damaged. This is also to ensure the wires supplying the light source to the letters are safely tucked away out of sight!
Browse our website. For the most popular lighting displays we already have prices. If you have a special wish, send us an email and we will love to tell you a price.
In case of cancellation we keep the deposit of £25 until six week of the delivery date. Less than 6 weeks before the date, you have to pay the full sum.
Absolutely! Our metal illuminated letters light up by LED lights, which don't warm up and are safe. Each electrical connection is fully PAT tested and compliant with EU safety regulations and we have public liability insurance.
No problem! Give us a bell and we can forward you confirmation of our Public Liability Insurance (£5M).
Hire prices typically allow for one day hire of the letters however. Depending on the delivery and collection times we can be flexible on this.
These are LED bulbs with a long-life span. We will provide you with spare equipment and instructions. Any damage caused by guests to the LED Letters is the responsibility of the client. If damage occurs to letters or numbers during hire period then the client will be liable to pay costs of £250 per letter/number or as appropriate.
